Each day is designed to rest the digestive system for improved energy, nutrient absorption and detoxification. Roasted Dandelion Tea
Roasted dandelion tea is a beautiful alternative to coffee thanks to its robust flavor. Try adding a splash of unsweetened nut milk for a latte-like start to your day. Dandelion acts as a gentle diuretic to calm bloat. It also helps cleanse the liver.
Nutrient Bomb
These sour bombs will get your digestive enzymes flowing and ready for the day! Each contains pomegranate juice for a dose of polyphenols (a micronutrient high in antioxidants that helps neutralize free radicals and calm inflammation) and spirulina. Spirulina, a green sea algae, is believed to boost energy and detoxify the body—a great superfood!
Juices
Each juice is deliciously balanced using an assortment of vegetables, herbs and a hint of fruit. Fiber, which slows down absorption, is eliminated during the juicing process allowing the plant’s nutrients to be easily absorbed. For this reason we use fruit as an accent, not a main feature, to prevent blood sugar spikes which could lead to hunger later on.
Our recipes also include a variety of healing and detoxifying roots and herbs such as cilantro and parsley. Cilantro is believed to assist the body in clearing heavy metals while parsley helps the body eliminate extra fluid without depleting vital minerals. You will also find warming elements like ginger to stoke your digestive fire.
We recommend taking the juice out of the fridge and allowing it to come to room temperature or hitting it with a splash of hot water before consuming. Also, chew your juice! This action releases enzymes to help the body absorb the goodness in your cup.

Soups
These nourishing soups will keep you satiated and grounded thanks to a serving of healthy fat and fiber. Nutrient rich fats are incredibly important for many reasons. Primarily, they keep us full and add flavor to our food. Also, soup’s volume gently stretches the stomach which shuts down hunger hormones. We suggest enjoying these soups for lunch.

Salad
With an abundance of hydrating juices and teas, we wanted to offer something to chew on! This simple chopped salad will satisfy the desire to chew with beautifying greens, zinc-rich pumpkin seeds and antioxidant-loaded blueberries. It is topped with a simple, anti-inflammatory olive oil and balsamic dressing for tang.
Evening tea
Relax into your evening with this mildly floral chamomile and lavender tea. Both herbs help to reduce stress and settle the nervous system. This steaming blend will prepare you for a sound night’s sleep.
