You lepre-CAN make this too
We had the pleasure of catering a super fun St. Patrick’s Day party this week and I just had to share the recipes with you all. It was so easy but also so yummy and cute. I LOVE a good themed party. This one had Irish dancers and a variety of great beers as well. I am like 85% Irish, my maiden name is McFarland...so I love St. Patrick’s Day. I used to do the whole go out at 6AM thing but I'm not into that these days. But I am going to dress my whole family in green, eat corned beef and have a Guinness tomorrow.
This Friday 3/22 is our last Lunch on the Farm. I will share pictures and recipes next week. I am sad that they are coming to an end because I love putting the menus together and serving all of the nice people that attend. Most of them have sold out and that makes me so happy. Spring is right around the corner which means we will be busy putting together new menus with bright salads and fresh seasonal vegetables...cannot wait!
